My son-in-law purchased a 2021 Tahoe with 58,000 mi from a local dealer. The dealer has been in the area for many years. The deal was made and the dealership stressed that the vehicle is sold as is with no implied warranty. My son-in-law signs the paperwork and finishes the deal. They then hand over the only set of keys for the vehicle and state they do not know where the second set is. What do you think? Shouldn't the dealer have revealed that before the deal was inked, that the second set of keys was missing? They aren't willing to make any concessions at this point.
Thank you
Used vehicles are cheaper than new for a variety of reasons, and I’d say that’s just one of them.
