| I wore out a Stihl 011 back in the 80's . I cut firewood for a living with it for 2 years. It ran most, every day from the end of harvest until spring warm up.
It quit running and I had 4 loads of wood sold and was going to be done for the year. I told the dealer put a new carb on so I canfi9nish. he tore it clear down and the cylinder etc. was shot. He wanted more to fixit than a new one.
As matter of fact he wanted more for his inspection than the saw was worth running.
I paid him the money and finished with my Dad's Homelite. It took longer to saw those four loads than it normally took for 8. | |
