Showed 135v in the plug, at the plug connection and at the breaker. Black and white wire on opposite sides of plug, bare wire on ground screw. In the box, black to breaker, white and bare to ground. No gfci on plug or breaker.
You say you have the black and white on opposite sides, but are you sure they aren’t reversed? The black + should go to the smaller side and the white - to the bigger side of the outlet. |
