Maybe there is a calibration for the throttle lever, might need laptop.
Check the harness from the armrest to the floor. We had one throwing weird things. Ended up being a bad factory splice in a CAN wire halfway from the armrest to the floor.
Maybe flip armrest over and check all the connections. To the circut board and throttle. Could be a loose wire
