I haven't written anything in vba in over 15 years at this point. I don't even know if Windows still runs classic vba anymore!

Edit: I couldn't help myself. I think the following would* work in vba:

Sub AppendYearToA()
Columns("B").Formula = "=A1&""/25"""
End Sub

* I am very rusty and it assumes that classic vba still runs/is a thing
