Subject: Magnum 245 "Minimum Throttle" error

Paxton, IL
I have a CIH Magnum 245 tractor that occasionally gives me a "minimum throttle" message on the A-post for just a second, then goes away on its own. The funny thing is, the throttle continues to work just fine, but afterwards I will have no hydraulic remote functions until I shut down and restart the tractor. It seems like this only pops up when I'm running the 1st hydraulic remote lever (not every time, but I don't think it has ever happened without touching the hydraulic lever). I've checked over wiring and moved things around, but haven't been able to find a problem so far.

It has been pretty inconsistent, but I'd like to get it fixed before spring so it's not driving my crazy this year. Anyone have any idea what the actual problem might be?

Several thoughts I've had, but don't want to just go throwing expensive parts at it:
Throttle potentiometer?
Armrest controller board bad?
CAN terminator(s)?
Bad wire somewhere?
Hydraulic remote lever wiring issue?
