Is the crop set to alfalfa on the forage harvester machine settings? Did you try going into the original greenstar emulator button on the main menu>setup>harvest monitor and try changing the crop ? If that doesn't work, then yes I would save the machine type and corn or corn silage setup data from the ops center.
