You could just do it with math. Dates are just a formatted number. Just put all your dates in and let them default to 2026. Create another column, subtract 365. Copy and "paste special values" into another column or the original column and format accordingly.


Holy cow that looks that that is gonna work thank you very much!!!! Using a seperate workbook for the entry and conversion then cutting and pasting to my main workbook, and looks like the root date after pasting now reads "25". This is the only method Ive tried that that works in, most of the others the root still said 26, so even if it visually read 25 in the cell, when you went to sort it, it would actually be 26 and arrange it as such
