| Fair enough. I will add that there is growing evidence of the cardiovascular harms caused by things such as seed oils in our diet. Recent research is showing that while focus has been on the amount of cholesterol in circulation it is the type of cholesterol that is causing the most damage. Actually many people can have very bad cholesterol numbers according to current medical standards but they are perfectly healthy. Research is showing that it is the type of cholesterol, which can be caused by eating seed oils, that is in the circulation that is what is the most damaging criteria.
I don’t think I have come across any studies about PFAS in relation to cardiovascular issues either. I imagine that we would be surprised at how many things that we are exposed to on a daily basis that are negatively affecting our health at some level.
I’ve read something to this effect. If you are alive you are also dying. The best you can do is try to slow it down.
