It was never a for sure thing it was coming today. I’m not sure how they will rule. My guess is get rid of some but keep other tariffs. Trump will just use another avenue to reimpose them. Also if they were going to force them paid back, why didn’t they block them until the ruling? Plus the fact they aren’t hurrying to issue the decision makes me think there won’t be any paying back regardless of how they rule.
