Add two new columns (Let's say it's the A and B columns). Make sure column A is set to text format and add this formula in the B1 cell:

=A1&"/25"

Enter the month and day in the A1 cell as "MM/DD" format (without the quotes) and the B2 cell should auto-populate:

AB
03/14=A1&"/25"


Edit: I missed the previous poster's solution which appears to be be even easier.
