The more replies I read the more I understand why land rent is so high. Most guys have no idea what he true cost to operate is.
I'm not completely sure about that. I've leveraged cheap machinery costs into the ability to buy land. If you're caught in the land rent game and trying to run newer machinery what you say is probably true. In the end...........it's all about quality of life I reckon. At times I'm a tad envious of the guys getting stuff done with nice equipment. But it's not the path I've chosen. |
