A problem we ran into this past Fall on a S-series was a corner of the hopper extension sheetmetal got caught in the flexible black material that prevented it from folding. Opened the extension back up and then had a second person watching it fold with a little corrective nudge on the material to prevent the steel corner from getting caught.
