Nebraska aka the boondocks | Moving beyond politics. One, will this be positive grains? Two, if the monies have to be paid back, I read $150billion, then who gets the $150 billion? I would guess that the percent a company paid is between 0-100% and vice versa, the consumer paid 0-100% in cases. It would be a tragedy if the monies are paid back and companies that passed any or all of it on to the consumer kept the refund! A true tragedy
