Straight cost is what you paid for it less what can sell it for divided by your acres.
Also need to add in the 1000 hour class 7 machine that took you 150k to purchase today will probably cost you $200k to buy like for like 4-5 years down the road from now when you want to replace it. Add that $50k difference to your normal depreciation plus repairs and fuel and divide that total by your acres punched thru the machine. | |
