Maybe not collectible, but I'd guess it's worth more to somebody than as scrap, if the engine turns and the pump's not frozen/cracked. That's a usable pump for somebody with more or less work. Is the hassle of facebook marketplace worth the $100 or so? or how far to a consignment auction, but that would be a risk of getting less than scrap value for it as well.
