| You are under no obligation to gift to anyone. It is your money. You shouldn't feel guilty about using it. If you want to spend it on yourself and enjoy what's left of you life, go ahead. If you want your name on a building, give it to a charity. If you still have money and property left over when you pass, you could gift it to your kids, a charity, or it to someone (that is not related to you) that wants to farm that would be grateful. Do it right, and someone might write a country song about you. | |
