53 Studebaker
1953 Studebaker Commander Coupe, or that ugly four-door sedan?
My brother's coupe had a driver side seat belt....required at the drag strip:-)
1959 Ford Country Sedan Station Wagon did not have seat belts, but I believe front/rear seat belts were required in US on 1968 vehicles....1968 Chevrolet Nova, for instance, had front/rear lap belts.

Back then, I drove a 1959 PV544 Volvo, 1962 Chevrolet Corvette, and a 1969 Chevrolet Chevelle SS, but I do not recall using the seat belts.
