My parents are early 70's, and I'm 40. They are very very cheap when it comes to living. I told my mom to sell an 80 they have. Then they could buy a new vehicle and central heat and air. This 80 acres they dont really make anything off of ever. They won't do anything like that, so it's no use saying anything.
