Someone mentioned to me cover crops count for a bridge payment? This doesn’t seem accurate to me but I guess you never know. So if a guy planted oats in fall of 24 or fall of 25 with the intention of letting them winter kill, would that crop count for the payment even if you didn’t harvest them?
