The real risk is the demand destruction if the Seed Oil claims are ever substantiated with real science. What would that do to the demand for soybeans if soybean oil is determine to be truly dangerous to your metabolic health. I have no idea if it does but there is a lot of anecdotal evidence of harms in diets heavy in seed oils.
