Land grants anyone? Have the Federal Government seize it.
open it up to American born citizens to resettle on it for a nominal fee of $100/ac, Have to live on it for 5 years and improve it and then the Federal Government will issue the Patent deed to you. Reverse Migration is the key folks lets make it part of the United States and impose civilization on them. No land to anyone with total assets above a set amount or Net worth above a set amount. Not going to let Gates, Turner etc buy any of it. Where was it ever written that 50 states is the magic number?
