Oregon | I never understood the fascination with leaving land to kids that don't farm . Especially ungrateful or kids that never saved, responsible ECT. Not like they can make good decisions. You Sell it to someone on good terms that will love it and take care of it. Think of it this way, who would be better at handling this type of transaction?
