EC Nebraska		Most of them can run their own farm just fine without government money.

But it's handy to have the government money when they're bidding on their neighbor's farm.

It doesn't really help anyone, because the neighbor on the other side has the government money too.

But they all like to bid the higher numbers. And the government money makes the bids go round.
