| I seen twice in my area where a young couple got a nice piece of land (buying of coarse) as far as I know.
Then to sell it to a way bigger farmer and one was only 2 years later.
So just because they're young and willing, doesn't guarantee what you wanted in the end.
As long as you can enjoy your land keep and use it , if not and you need the money sell it.
Land is not just for crops, it can be the best medicine for you just to be outdoors and enjoying the peace and beauty.
My wife and I ski in the winter on ours and we walk every day if we got the time.
It sure beats being in the city and listening to all the noise and people.
