Southern Indiana | Sounds like you’ve answered your own question. Sell it to someone who deserves or would do well with it and either spend the money are leave the cash how you see fit.. If my kids ever want to get ugly with me over inheritance or fight over it, it will most definitely go to charity or a deserving family/person/organization. I come from a family split apart due to inheritance issues, but I think it’s pretty common even though it’s sad. | |
