Wifes family just completed sale of their dads house and 100 acres.It took over 6 months.There was earnest $$ but here most can claw that back if deal goes down.Just the way it was. With lawyers/surveyors/brokers/weather/contract extensions/wills/land exclusion/family cemetery/and the time lines seemed to never coincide,,but it got done eventually.
