Wow the Dnr is awful greedy in Mo., that much for an out of state landowner just to hunt deer, good grief.
Must not be many deer in Missouri and Iowa. Come to North Carolina. Deer are severely overpopulated , they are everywhere. Kill all you want, then shoot some more for good measure.
