Don't forget the water! Drinking 8 - 10 cups a day has helped me, along with exercise. Find your local chapeter of TOPS, and join them. The weekly accountability is great, knowing you have to face the scales that week. With your membership you receive a monthly magazine, with tips and recipes and motivational articles.
