The Port district is having meetings now to see what they can do. Not much money around to put into a building that doesn’t really make revenue anymore.
My dad worked for a contractor that put new metal on this one in the mid 80’s. I don’t think it’s had new metal since then but has had zinc paint a couple times. Salty wet coast climate is hard on everything.
