You raised your kids. The obligation pretty much stoped there IMO.
My dad left us almost nothing of monetary value and mom 7 figures in debt.
That's life.
My feelings are while an inheritance would be nice if available in some way, I've never felt obligated to receive one.
If I didn't help my parents achieve whatever wealth they amassed, then really I don't have a "right" to anything. | |
