Kook is right. It makes a big difference for school lunches, even day care lunches. There are laws about how much and what the kids need to be fed. I doubt corn syrup consumption changes too much, but milk use in schools might. Not sure if that's a big enough draw to increase milk component prices or not if less skim milk is being used? Butter price might go up with less cream in the market?
