Illinois | To gain the most profit don't just buy a stock and sit on it. A stock will make nice moves up for a period of time and stall out. Just check any of the big name companies stock charts. And on the way up / or down they go in a zig zag motion. They don't just go up in a straight line. So I have success playing stocks like commodities like corn and soybeans if they are up nicely one day without a lot of reason, bank the profits, check it the next day and usually it will be down 50 percent of the gain, buy back in. If the stock holds the higher price for a day or so, buy back in where you sold it at. Works good here, your mileage could vary. | |
