As others have said, don't touch it with a tillage tool unless you are gonna bring out the moldboard plow.

Figure at least two secondary tillage passes to get it smooth again. I'm organic, so that's my only option. If you're spraying it anyhow, just plant it. Even if you give up a little yield it'd take at least a 5 bu/acre yield gain just to cover the tillage costs and I don't think it'll make much difference. Only way I see a chance of that big of a hit is if you take first cut before planting and it is a dry year.
