| I know someone asked about the Ambrook software. So I thought I would give it a try. For my purposes I'm not impressed. I have just been using Quicken (not quickbooks). I think it might do a better job getting costs/acre then quicken, but here a couple of things I didn't like.
1)Cost
2)Doesn't handle loans very well
3)Can't scan more then 1 attachment to check/receipt
4)Doesn't handle deferred money very well
5) Can't predate a check
6) I'm not sure I'm a fan of everything on the web vs having a program on my computer.
7) Seemed like a lot of clicks of the mouse to enter information (that probable would have gotten better the longer you used it).
Just some of my thoughts. Not saying it isn't good for someone else. I can't justify the cost for the problems I was having getting my information into the program and the way I have been use to keeping the information tied to receipts. | |
