I have some similar sized bins, and your readings look much like mine. You just know now what you did not know before.
I also ran my fans when it finally got super cold the first week of Dec. You will be fine.
I have never covered my fans, and I have never had any spoiled grain. We feed livestock all year, so we are pulling out weekly if not daily and that goes all the way to new crop harvest.
