Makes sense to get grain moving but the elevator i referenced has a horrible basis. I don't believe they are receiving much grain past fall delivery and are pretty much full since harvest. Stored grain at elevator wouldn't be able to be placed on dp contracts. Don't think they will get much out side grain moved on dp offer
