 Pittsburg, Kansas | Back then, around 2010, I had decided that in my off farm investments (usually modest amounts of money) 90% of it would go to something very stable (silver at the time). And 10% I would play with. Pull the handle on the slot machine so to speak. Gold and silver explorers was my slot machine for about three years. All through the last silver mania and resulting crash. Went to the Silver Summit conference three years in a row up in Idaho. Toured mines, talked to mine promoters, generally had a good time on our drive up to Seattle to visit scuba diving friends. Was an interesting time in my wife and I life when the farming got past the 80's pain and things were working pretty good. Life was good!
