Love fresh carrots. I added sand to raised bed and hoop. I don't even peel carrots, just a good brush under water. With my new false teeth, I can't eat raw carrots anymore. Pot roast and buttered carrots are favorites. Chicken pot roast, a chicken breast, potatoes, carrots and onion. A little parsley added to buttered carrots....James
