East Central Arkansas | Our ground is really to heavy with clay to make nice pretty carrots but good rich soil so they should be high in nutrition. It takes a lot of water and is a job to get them clean. They do keep good in cold storage. I have another younger patch that was planted real late that hasn't made much root yet. If it doesn't get too cold and the deer don't eat them should have some more come spring. | |
