Buy the rumor, sell the fact. When you see US warships next to a country with Trump in charge, expect an event like this and invest towards it. Developing the oil infrastructure will take time. It's not like the oil companies are going to start pumping Venezuela crude anytime soon. We might see some upside in some oil companies, then people will realize the benefit is a waiting game.
