Biography of Shackleton’s Antarctic Voyage. An amazing story of survival of the crew of the Endurance after it get’s locked into the ice at the bottom of the world then crushed in arguably the most inhospitable environment on earth. Even with today’s modern insulation and fibers for weather resistance, I dont think very many would endure, let alone survive what they faced. I listened to it in summer and still found myself feeling chilled. Excellent Book. | |
