Have many years experince in this brush /tree burning problem.Spray diesel from the supply tank with 12 volt nozzel on the back of your truck. So much easier than dragging 5 gal pails around. If to muddy just fuel up some in the bucket of your loader and dump at the very top of the pile, then I use a blow torch and hose hooked up to a BBQ propane tank.No need for tires or used oil unless wood is still green.
I actually dont burn anymore because its just so time consuming and large trunks never do burn, and last time the smoldering brush rekindled the swamp on fire,so we just haul it to the edge of the field with our rock trucks and ends the fire worry and smelly clothes
