I had the same issues and had been going to couple of chiropractors it didn’t help and I finally found one that was able to work in the right area and it gave immediate results. Haven’t had sciatica/ back pain now for couple years.
But I do have to watch what I carry for weight as it starts to trigger those unpleasant pains.
