that all might be correct but USA needs heavy crude as I believe close to 80 % of the oil produced in the lower 48 is light crude. Also I was told that 70% of the US refiner runs most effiently with heavier crude oil. But thats why heavier crude sales at a discount to light as it cost more to refine.
