Any fresh trees you can take out and add... We have better luck pulling them out and putting them on the pile get them burning asap... Several days they change don't know why or how but they do and then you waiting a year or two... If you can get some fresh ones going then they will burn but you may need to babysit pile with trackhoe... All other options mentioned get used here too from tight hay to steel belted tree...
