Same here. Had some piles pushed into deep ravines a year ago. Tried burning one last week and just burned the center out a little. Going to wait another year. I won't have the advantage of stoking them up due to steepness, but not worried about complete burns, just wanting to shrink the piles down some. Smaller trees we can burn pretty green.
