Western Ontario | I’d agree with all of those points but in 2022 we were putting embryos in May calving cows and had a stretch of mid 90’s with extremely high humidity, just miserable weather. The one morning we put 12 embryos in and I said to our et vet it all felt like a waste of time, he told me that he had buddy that had done a lot of et work in Brazil and that they actually had higher conception during extreme heat implanting embryos than just straight AI, we went 11 for 12 on that group. We’ve had terrible luck flushing in that kind of weather but I wouldn’t hesitate to implant embryos again. | |
