S Illinois | History says there is a low chance of success. Unless backed by major US dollars/military occupation. Many want to compare Panama, but that took 10k US military personnel on the ground in a tiny comparative populated/land mass country with the aid of the US already having a military base in country. Latin and South America has many examples where the head of a country was removed with US help and the country actually got worse.
I am tired of the American First policy morphing quickly to might is right. My gosh a significant amount of people are advocating for taking over Greenland. The hypocrisy is getting deep. So maybe deep down many Americans like being imperialistic. | |
