SW WI | The shale is not over, but may have reached its peak. This I read couple years ago. Also with oil prices down there is no incentive to put more wells in.
Couple years ago I also read oil comapnies were more interested in increasing production by more efficient means in other words improving what they had not drilling more.
Today read article trump administration to meet with oil executives and possibly subsidize them go back to Venezuela.
Meanwhile Venezuela still owes exxon and another company billions aside national debt.
